Terms of use

PRONTEVO connects customers with verified independent professionals (locksmith, plumbing, electrical, glazing, handyman, Airbnb maintenance, and basic battery/tire assistance) for emergencies and small jobs across Spain.

The professional is responsible for delivering the service. PRONTEVO is not the service provider itself, but the intermediary that verifies professional registration, displays their rates, and facilitates contact with a clear price shown before intervention.

The quote or price range accepted before the job documents the price and scope agreed between the customer and professional. No surcharge may be applied through PRONTEVO without the customer's renewed explicit acceptance. Specific legal duties may vary by service and autonomous community.

Each zone's status (active / opening / waitlist) is shown honestly before any request is confirmed. A request submitted in an 'opening' or 'waitlist' zone does not guarantee immediate professional availability.

The current MVP does not process online payments. The customer agrees the payment method with the professional after accepting the quote; these terms will be updated before any online payment or preauthorization is enabled.

Founding professional offer: in each country, professionals who register before the end of its first two launch months, complete verification, publish their rates, confirm real availability and complete a measurable share action may receive six months with no PRONTEVO fee from activation. Sharing may be a copied link or an opened sharing destination; no public post or contact import is required.

The share action is not a review and never requires a positive opinion. If a professional chooses to publish a public message motivated by this advantage, they must clearly disclose that promotional relationship as required in their market.

At the end of the six months there is no automatic charge or renewal. The professional may explicitly accept a monthly subscription, choose payment per accepted lead, or leave the platform. Amounts and taxes will be published country by country before any paid plan is offered.

Professional visibility and ordering primarily use real coverage, proximity, confirmed availability, verification, complete rates, response speed, completed jobs, and quality/price-respected history. Any future sponsored position must be clearly identified.

PRONTEVO may restrict or suspend a profile for false information, missing required licences or insurance, safety risk, fraud, failure to respect accepted pricing, serious or repeated complaints, or breach of these terms. The reason and a review path will be provided unless law or an urgent safety risk prevents it.

Commercial activation in each country is conditional on a local schedule identifying the contracting entity, currency, taxes, cancellation rules, professional licensing/insurance, dispute resolution and governing law. A waitlist page does not mean that country is operational, and these baseline terms do not replace local legal review.

Customers can file a claim at any time via the claims page. Every case is reviewed manually.
